Drink lots of water. After the first 5 days. It will get a lot easier. Stay strong

Meal prep, and having a few freezer meals for backup for those days where you just can't even.

@paugh2 usually I make baked chicken in a baking dish with a cup of bell peppers and a cup of cauliflower rice.

@purine I just mean making meals to stock up the freezer. Sometimes I double a recipe and put the extra in the freezer, other times I make the entire recipe to be divided up into individual meals and stored in the freezer. My favourite is the Tikka Masala and it freezes really well. Soup and stews also freeze really well, and you will be glad you have the meals for the days where you are too tired to cook or have to think about what to make

Keep it simple until you understand the program. Take your BEFORE pics and progression pics! Try and prep during the weekend. Look for recipes that you would enjoy. The search feature for the group is a good tool. Read the files posted in the group

Get in EXTRA salt. Have an extra unrestricted packet if you get hungry (ok in the first 7-10 Days). Re-Read the Announcement post to be sure you have the four Key Files, then review those. You get a lot of info at the start and it’s easy to forget something.

Don’t keep checking the scale everyday because it may be discouraging. I weigh myself every 3-4 days

@mev250 I would go with once a week. Some days you might go up a lb and you don't want to get discouraged.

Read sheets! Get prepared and organize( veggies cut in the fridge for cravings celery always ready for me) My tips that changed my life; -1cup cauliflower frozen in your shake, it won’t taste and it make a creamy texture -coffee enhancer to change the taste of your shakes -I always have a big batch of rhubarb compote to help my sweet tooth. -brush your teeth when you just want to eat everything -Water water water! -pinterest janeva recipe, 2 of my best, big mac in a bowl and crackslaw. -cook 2 meatloaf, cut and freeze the right oz ready to eat. I started 4 years ago and lost 60 pounds in 7 months. That’s about the basic stuff I would have known day 1 You can do this! Measure yourself it’s motivation, more than tje balance sometimes!

I have great success by the egg egg white meal considered a packet I put it with lots of vegetables and it’s so easy to do I usually make that my lunch

Trust me you can be creative I am down 40 pounds since February 1 and I found it accelerated when I did the egg egg white packet I actually soften up some cabbage in olive oil and other veggies yesterday I did a little spaghetti squash I sometimes use the no sugar ketchup Lots garlic ! A little chicken broth can go along way and make a soup!

On phase 1 one egg & 3 egg whites are considered a packet This packet combination has really been a help from my weight loss success of 40 pounds in 3 months. Initially I would just make a veggie omelette little olive oil Recently was doing an egg drop soup with cabbage and a little broth. This week I mixed it up with some spaghetti squash seasoning Very filling for lunch !
