Can you share the top 5 positive self care practices that you are doing today? Mine are: 1. Staying on protocol! 2. Doing a yoga series on Amazon prime 30min per day 3. Walking 4. Locking myself in my room when I need a break from nutty fam 5. Setting intentions in morning about work and home things to accomplish Share the things you are doing right! This is a glass half full exercise. We might mess up but we are doing many things (big/small) right. Go:

1. Protocol 2. Walked 3. Worked on projects from school 4. Called a couple of older friends to check on them. 5. Putting together a grocery list for 3 families and I’ll pick it up via Kroger’s Click List.

1. Food Journal 2. Focus on goal 3. Protocol 4. Walk 5000 steps 5. Other than veggies, no regular carb foods! (keeps my appetite low)

I've fortunately just recovered from COVID-19 and have been on full self-care mode. 1. Staying on Protocol:-) which was a life saver through all of this 2. Sleep, lots of sleep 3. Evening Baths while watching my favourite series 4. Drinking a ton of water 5. Moisturizing 6. Organizing my home 7. And for the first time in 19 days I was able to get out and enjoyed some backyard sun!
