Yes! I add cooked riced cauliflower, chopped tomatoes, green onion, garlic , chili flakes, chopped spinach. sometimes curry powder. the possibilities are endless. I whisk hot water from my Keurig or kettle into the soup mix in a large soup bowl. Set aside. I microwave 2 cups of veggies for about 3-4 minutes depending how small it's chopped. Add to your soup. enjoy! This one of my yummy bowls.
