Was debating trying the chicken noodle soup for first time. Any suggestions on how you doctor it up to make it good for consumption?

Yes! I add cooked riced cauliflower, chopped tomatoes, green onion, garlic , chili flakes, chopped spinach. sometimes curry powder. the possibilities are endless. I whisk hot water from my Keurig or kettle into the soup mix in a large soup bowl. Set aside. I microwave 2 cups of veggies for about 3-4 minutes depending how small it's chopped. Add to your soup. enjoy! This one of my yummy bowls. It's filling and satisfying! * editing to add. shredded zucchini, shredded chayote, turnip , dehydrated onion flakes and protocol seasonings, even hot sauce if you want a kick.

Make your own. I couldn't stand the packets so I used the bars and ready made drinks for the extra protein and just made my own soups and salads!

You can have chicken broth as long as it doesn't have sugar in it. I added veggies and chicken but no noodles

I prefer doing low sodium chicken broth in the soups vs the water when mixing! And I agree, bulking up with veggies really helps!
