Any ideas for using the tomato soup? Maybe veggies that are nice to add? I tried the chicken soup with cauliflower rice and it was great!

I sauté different colored peppers and riced cauliflower and add that to the soup.

@marlin9596 I make my own taco seasoning and I add a TBS or so to the rice

I put cauliflower rice in everything!
