What's your favorite IP food and recipe for lunch? I love making the rotini and making a cold salad with it with eggs and veggies (I use a bit of Italian dressing from Farm boy on it). I also like the broccoli and cheese soup with riced cauliflower and extra broccoli. You?

Tossed salad and I crumble up the Doritos on top and have olive oil and vinegar dressing or I put the dill pickle zippers on top

That's a great idea of putting the doritos on top or the dill pickle zippers! :)

@pointblank I do this too. I love the IP balsamic vinaigrette. I use romaine and spinach, add bell peppers and cucumbers and add the dorados on top for an amazing flavourful crunch. I eat it most days and I stay full

@jankey, what else do you put on your cold rotini salad with eggs? It sounds good. I have always found the IP lunches to be lacking in taste on their own.

I put celery, red peppers, mushrooms and cucumbers. I also use a few tsps of Italian dressing from farm boy for taste. Salt of course.

@jankey yes, I have the oriental sesame, which I love. My absolute favorite for meatloaf or chicken is the thick spicy BBQ sauce.

I’ve been kale salad crazy for 2 months with jicama spicy vinegary peppers and the IP trail mix. I also like a roasted cauliflower salad with chopped cilantro and spinach and I make a chocolate frosty with the IP chocolate drink mix.
