Question for y'all, Does the Walden farms original creamer give off regular cream consistency and taste? Thoughts on it? Is it good? I want to try and mix it in my cauliflower and make cauli mash with it.

don’t use it to make cauliflower mash.

I mix it with cauliflower rice and a little Splenda and cinnamon to make an oatmeal/cream of wheat-like dish. It works well for that!
