Question

I received huge bunches of curly kale and Tuscan kale in my Misfits box this week. My scale has died, so I can't weigh, and I would prefer not to chop it up to count cups. Can someone tell me how many stalks of each are a cup worth? Thank you!

There would be no set number of leaves/stalks that equal any specific measurement. Every plant is a different size.
