I always cold and wear 3 layers while at work. My coach recommended iodine drops but I'm not sure if they're actually helping

I just watched a video on freezing while being in ketosis. they said it was a sign of burning fat so I'm always excited when I'm cold!

Common side effect of weight loss. As you lose weight, your metabolism does go down, thus decreasing heat production. As well. less insulation. Lol

I freeze all the time! We wear multiple layers always. Right now 3 layers on top and 2 on bottom.

Yepper❄️❄️ I live in Buffalo so it's even more fun (buffalo is the land of snow and eternal winter. in case you aren't aware), but how much weight I've lost and how good I feel I'll take being a little extra chilly☃️

I have been cold since I started this diet, I phased off after losing 40 lbs and I’m still cold. perhaps not as much fat to insulate the bones lol . This has been the only diet that I have actually stuck to and lost the weight! I love it!
