Can you spin for a 20 min session? I have the peloton bike and I wanted to see if you can do this if you don’t get your heart rate that high?

I’ve been doing the 20 min scenic rides. It makes me forget I’m stuck in the house.

I say give it a try! Just watch your heart rate - cardio can be dangerous.

I do 15 mins on bike, 5 on rower and 10 min walk on t-mill. Just to keep moving, Iam afraid I stall my weight loss if I do too much. I expect to lose at least 3lbs/ week.

If you do exert, make sure you drink the BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids) to keep your muscles in good shape. It helps your body to not pull protein from your muscles.

I use my peloton almost daily. I just wear my heart rate monitor and try not to let my heart rate get above 140. The recovery rides, beginner, and low impact all seem to be perfect right now.
