Tomorrow marks one week since I started. I'm really nervous for the first check in with my coach. I didn't cheat and always exceeded the minimum daily water. Guess I'm just nervous that I didn't hit what I should. I've really struggled with the soup (added veggies and hot sauce and it was a little better) and oatmeal as it's not my thing. Anyone have any recommendations for my food selections this week? Just trying to find my jive

I enjoy making muffins out of the oatmeal. I add zucchini to help get my veggies in for the day.

There actually isn't a "what I should". Everyone is so very different that comparing losses with others is almost defeating yourself before you start. You can do this on your own terms and timeline. ❤

It’s definitely a seek and find for first couple of weeks. The things I like, my best friend does not, & vice versa. The oatmeal made me gag! My faves: Chocolate drink (I prefer powdered not premade) Vanilla crisp Chocolate soy puffs Peanut butter bars Vanilla wafers Brownies (can’t have these too often) Dorado chips

@purifoy47 tomatoes are an occasional veg. 4 cups total per week.

I just do the bars (vanilla crispy square, lemon wafer), salt and vinegar chips, pancakes, mug cake (r), ready-made drinks.

Omg the double chocolate brownie is what has done it for me! So good in the morning with my coffee. I don’t think I could’ve done so well without that!

Chocolate drink mix with spinach is my breakfast go to shake. I split my protein between lunch and dinner & have the chocolate soy balls for an afternoon snack. Then in the evening I have the chocolate crispy square or the Doritos ranch are good. I know I have a chocolate thing going on lol

My favorites are chocolate drink mix (super yummy warmed up! ), premade vanilla drink mixed with 2-3 shots espresso on ice, crispy squares, mushroom parmesan couscous risotto, doratos, dill zippers, southwest cheese curls (make a great salad topping), and mug cake. Let us know how your weigh in goes! You've got this!
