Supposed to stick to the sheets. This plan does not work if you don't.

@tolley artificially sweetened beverages are allowed, provided the sweetener is protocol and serving size is observed and counted.

@tallyman ahh I have never seen this revised. I would still be careful because sugar is sugar. You body does not know the difference

@tolley definitely. and even if it says 0 grams sugar it can have up to . 999 grams. That's why the max is 4 servings and if loss is slow or stalled, that's a good thing to cut out!

@tallyman I honestly don't think I would loose if I drank anything like that. My body absolutely does not do sugar or I gain

If sweetened w sucralose or stevia only. Each serving (maybe a bottle, or half of a bottle, etc) counts as one of your 4 extras per day.

@accoucheur have you tried the IP water enhancers? They’re good, and unlimited. And the water counts towards your daily intake.

I drink the Tangerine enhancer twice a day for my electrolytes. First thing I do in morning (I’m not a coffee drinker) my 2nd is around 3 in the afternoon. (I call it Tang)

My coach said gatoraid zero is fine once in a while for extra electrolytes. But I just drink pickle juice ! Does the same thing and works faster and you need less ☺️ but you can also get the water IP enhancers as well
