@nogging Jaeger would you mind answering another question . I did IP a few years ago and I see some changes . is salmon still restricted to once a week?

@nonprofessional3594 i am not aware of restricted meats. As long as it’s in the sheet and you stay between 4-6oz (new sheet) or 4-8oz (old sheet) you can have it as often as you want. There are restricted veggies tho

@nogging Jaeger if you don’t mind. the optional extras I can have all of that in one day if I choose ? 2 T of IP dressing and 4 servings of artificially sweetened WF products or drinks Etc?
by (6.5k points)
@nonprofessional3594 I was told 4 extra a day. Extras are: sweeteners, any WF product. I had 2 tablespoons of WF pancake syrup ( 1 serving of an extra) on my pancake this morning for breakfast and then tonight with my chicken breast I will have 2 tablespoons of G. Hughes bbq sauce (2nd serving of extra). I am have 2 more extras today if I choose. Water enhancers from Ideal Protein does not could against your extras. They are unlimited and that water counts towards your daily amount. Hope that all makes sense.
