Question

Is anyone having issues with the IP Scale? My scale has been reading the same number for over a week and I’m following protocol. I can tell how much I’m loosing.

I had trouble when I first got it and contacted support and they told me I needed to re-calibrate it anytime I move it. To do this, you step on it without having your phone app open & wait until it displays your weight, then step off & let the scale turn off. Then open your Phone app and step back on the scale to weigh.

You may not always see a change on the scale-that is why it is routine for clinics (before COVID-19) to measure and then weigh clients. Continue to follow protocol-make sure you are weighing your vegetables and lean protein to ensure accurate intake.

I am - it weighs me in at something like an 800 gain. I have to get in and off and keep trying until it’s normal and then it doesn’t always sync . I tried new batteries. Anyone know how to fix that?

Maybe change the batteries? do you takes measurements? you have maybe just lost in inches?

@collectivity I can try changing the batteries. I don’t take measurements but I can see subtle changes in my body

Are your other numbers changing? (Hydration, fat %, lean mass) I'm a coach and do multiple weigh ins on different IP scales and have had no problems with them unless batteries are low.

It’s not a very good scale and the app is buggy. Look at the ArborLeaf instead. You can find it on Amazon.

Do a search of this group- lots of complaints- I’m surprised IP is still selling it
