I recently purchased an IP scale. Is it supposed to turn on randomly several times during the day when I’m not using it? Love to hear from those who are currently using one. Thanks!

I don’t think so. I’ve had mine for about 3 weeks and unless I step on it it is off. I would double check the batteries.

@fly229 yes I do I like to weigh myself every day and since we cannot physically go into the clinic yet it’s is great to see my progress daily and know how to adjust each day with my food and IP packets.

@jessalyn69387 wow! I was told to weigh only once per week.

@fly229 yes coaches do say once a week and then the full screening every 4 weeks but since I’ve had my own scale it’s helped me adjust my veggie intake and mix it up as you can see from my numbers I’ve had a couple days with no movement in the number so I increased water or changed my snack time just to keep going in the correct downward projection. I recommend doing whatever you feel comfortable with. If you are the type that may get agitated by not seeing what you think should be there then only weigh once a week. You may have an off day and then day 6 it just melts off in inches or shows on the scale. No worries though stick to the sheet and we will al meet our goals!

Do you guys like your scales? Is it worth the cost? They are not cheap here in Canada. I like the idea though if knowing more than just the weight#

Mine does the same thing. all day and night. My coach said to call the customer service number on the box and they will likely send a new one, free of charge. First order of business on Monday.

I love my scales and no, it does not malfunction at all. I can weigh Daily, if I want to, without connecting to my coach or I can turn on Bluetooth and connect at an appointment time to her computer! I am about 30 minutes out from the office, so I totally appreciate not having to drive in every week! I would see about getting your scale serviced.
