Question.  I followed an IP recipe from my clinic to make lemon zucchini bread.Question. I followed an IP recipe from my clinic to make lemon zucchini bread. Entire loaf = 2 unrestricted and 2 oz lean protein + 1/2 cup vegs. Half loaf = 1 unrestricted and 1 oz lean protein + 1/4 cup vegs. Here's where I fail at math. I actually used 10 silicone cupcake liners, so I'm going to get 10 muffins. 1 muffin wouldn't count as much of anything, would it? 5 would equal a half loaf. I just need a little bit of something at this point in the evening and I've eaten my snack for the day. I only want 1 muffin, lol. ‍♀️

You need to eat Half of whatever you make to equal the count of eating half a zucchini loaf. So what you made means a serving is 5 muffins. You can't just eat one because it has to count for something. That is lime eating 1/5 of a packet. If you are hungry you can have unlimited raw. Veggies or a hot drink. Or work towards eliminating the psychological need for "just a little something".

When people start answering your question you are going to have a very wide variety of answers. The reason for the variety is because there are so many ways that people do this. Some people count, measure, weigh, and are very accurate in their program. They “eat the sheet” exactly and do extremely well. I am certainly not telling you how to do your program. I am only telling you what has worked for me. I am almost 70 and have always battled weight. Wasted thousands of dollars on every and any plan and even had lap band surgery. I discovered this plan last Dec. started Dec 26 and as of yesterday my weight loss was 30. 9 lbs. I made this plan “sustainable” by not making it a burden. So in my case if that’s what you need to help you make it sustainable I would tell you that I would NOT count it as anything if you are only doing one a night.
