It’s been only a week and so far I’m hanging in. Does anyone know the answer because I keep getting a variety. Each morning I have one cup of coffee with 1tsp light cream and 1/2 tsp of monk fruit zero calorie keto friendly sweetener. (Monk fruit sweetener is the only sugar substitute that does not cause your glycemic index to rise. ) Is this ok on this diet ? Any knowledge would be appreciated

I’d stick to regular milk, and regular “keto friendly” items don’t typically align with IP. The types of keto are quite different that I noticed! We eat less fat, and no butter which is a staple of keto.
