So my husband and I both love Subway chopped salads. We get Subway club that is turkey, roast beef and ham I double the meet so I get about 4ozes. My hubby does a copy cat of one of thes from home including, jalopinos chopped, Italian pepper rings and oregano and black pepper. I use both lettus and spinach in the base. Add cucumber and chopped red bell pepper oh and lots of purple onions. Dressing is 1t. of EVO and Jon uses vinegar from hot pepper jar. I can’t do that much sodium so I use red wine vinegar, or white wine vinegar. We eat about 6c in lettuce and spinach. 1/2 c cucumber; 1/2 c red bell pepper, 1/2 onion and 2 or 3, 4 Ounces meet. Or veggie if you are saving your protein but remember protein tells your body you aren’t hungry so try to use some. I also love the tuna packs with lemon and black pepper 2oz. Tast great and low cal.
