Every time I’ve made Zucchini chips they haven’t ever got crunchy. I would suggest getting the Dorados. The nacho cheese are my fav. Also, when cooking in the air fryer it takes less time to cook things, so I would pull items out, checking on them and shake them around a bit. Hope that helps a little.

I did really low temp for 5-8 minutes and shook them probably 3 times!

@bicyclic more time. Maybe an hour at 200. Keep an eye.

@sensation962, in an air fryer?

@bicyclic yes or an oven. It takes longer to crisp without burning. You may even have to go lower. Like 160 for several hours.

I do them in the oven at 225 for about 90 min. Make sure they are all the same thickness/I do mine pretty thin and put on parchment paper. I lightly brush mine with approved oil. They come out nice and crispy. Lay them in a single layer. My photo was after they were all done

@goodrich do you turn them or just let them be?

@feller I just let them be
