Is anyone able to provide some insight? I will also talk to my coach on Thursday. I have been losing pounds, but my waist and hips don't seem to be moving, in fact when I measured at home they have gone up. I don't understand why.
Is anyone able to provide some insight?

You may not be measuring like your coach does. I have found different coaches measure tighter, looser, etc. so you may just not be doing it the way she does.

That's what I'm hoping!

Are YOU moving?

I feel like coaches measure very tight. At least from what I’ve experienced. Stick to the sheet and you’ll lose the weight. It’s a marathon not a sprint to lose weight, just stay diligent

You should not be measuring or weighing at home. Scales are different & your coach probably measures different.

You are losing from other body parts, everyone hides fat in different places, your waist and hips are not the only fatty areas and sometimes you lose weight at ankles, legs, forearms, neck, arms before the midsection. don’t be discouraged, a loss is a loss the scale doesn’t lie.
