We are back!  After a combined loss of over 220 lbs last year, we enjoyed the holidays and a Las Vegas trip for my 30th bday so we have some lbs to lose.We are back! Me- SW 271 Original GW- 160 Revised GW- 150 CW-178 *I phased off at 165ish so I could enjoy the holidays Not sure what hubby currently weighs but he started at like 340 and phased off around 225. Ready to kick butt again! On another note-- what are the new revised rules? My coach is on vacation until next week but I went ahead and started (with her approval) today. She said she will tell me next week the changes but would like to know them before then so I can prepare. Thanks!

The ‘noodles’ are the biggest change for me.

@koren I had them before but didn't care for them. I'm glad they outlined that though

@daukas rinse, rinse. Then add flavor. Had them in homemade chicken soup and with a “sausage” bolognese. They were a welcome change.
