I posted yesterday that I’m going back to my coach after a year off (I’m up 15 lbs). My strategy for a quick, close to eating whole foods as possible, and staying away from trigger foods, is to eat whole foods as my meals and 2 unrestricted shakes and 1 unrestricted chips or oatmeal. Thoughts? My method is like a “shock and awe”—get in and get it over with instead of dragging out my weight loss.

Yes! Shakes and soups will take the weight off quickly. But be mindful that the second time around is a challenge. Sometimes if you restrict just to the shakes you can burn out quickly. Stay focused!

@garnettgarnette26 yes. The trail mix is available. Good luck. Everyone seems to have a hard time the 2nd time around the 1st week. So stay Uber focused and don’t try and go out. Clear out your fridge of temptation.

If it works for you do it. I don’t think this diet is one that you should be on for years!
