I restarted IP yesterday after taking time off in the fall for a major surgery, and then fell off the wagon hard - I’ve gained back about 25 of the 55 lbs I lost. I don’t remember being this tired before. like I could fall asleep at my desk tired! Any suggestions to make this better?

Oh I will! The program was amazing the first time so that’s a huge motivator. I just want a nap allllll day lol

Are you taking all of your vitamins ? Drinking your water ? Using the IP Salt ? Are you on any medications ? (That May be affected by IP - this is something you can discuss with your coach)  Use an extra pack for days 1-4 when needed Can you get the BCAA’s ? They help a lot as well ❤️

Yup, doing everything I’m suppose to, not on any meds. I LOOOOVE the BCAA’s, it’s like a treat I think!

Oh yes, a lot since last time. New job (also started yesterday), son is homeschooling, husband isn’t working because of the pandemic. Same stuff the majority of people are going through

Remember we have the Covid-19 situation. That actual creates tiredness for some. Our brains are trying to process our new reality so some of it could be that.
