I did the program 3yrs ago, lost 42lbs went through some major life changes and gained most of it back. I restarted on Tuesday making today day 3 and I am down -8lbs as of this morning. I feel incredibly bitchy today and I am just praying that will go away soon. I remember the head aches from last time but not feeling moody like this. Anyone else experience mood swings early on?

You may try eating a restricted every day for a week. Sudden loss of carbs is a big change for the body, as it goes from burning carbs to burning fat.

When I feel like that I go for a walk even if I have walked already that day. Those little endorphins that my walk generates makes me feel better.

As soon as your body goes in keto. add more salt and drink more water. This should be an exciting time as this is a sure sign of your body fighting it. Fight back and smile
