I’m new to the group and a newbie! I’m 5 days into IP and doing the protocol pretty well (. I Missed a few pm supplements but I never take any so it’s a new habit for me. and maybe only 80% - 90%, on journaling) I have had a challenging week to start and am amazed that I have felt satisfied enough to make it this far without a fail! In the last 5 days I had a business lunch event at Ruth’s Chris steak House, a bridal shower, and a wedding to attend! but I stuck to the protocol and ate lean meat and veggies and brought my IP dressing with me. I strategically ate my snack moments prior to walking into my events and that helped! The next 2 days should be a snap! Cant wait to see my official weigh in on Wednesday. My home scale has me down 4. 8lbs. Does anyone own their own IP scale?

We own one. Our nearest clinic is an hour and a half away and we just can’t go weekly. We love it.

Can I ask what you ate at Ruth’s Chris? I have a lunch there this week.
