Anyone else having trouble with the IP app on their phone? It always gives me an error : IP Server Not Responding! Help! Can’t add anything to journal etc!

I don’t have that problem but it still does not count the carbs correctly. It says my carb count for breakfast is zero which is totally wrong.

Look for an update. Once I updated mine it worked perfectly.

I haven’t had any issues with mine. I have an iPhone. Not sure if different OS have more issues

Since they changed over the carbs aren’t being counted right. I hope they fix it because I love the app.

My says it syncs, but then the information disappears. poof!
