I'd like to make a stir fry for dinner with cauliflower rice. I need oil for both. How do I cook that?

Go ahead and use oil for both but why are you cooking separately when you can throw it all in one pan? I used probably 10x the daily recommended oil and lost A LOT consistently every week. Anyone I know that boiled cauliflower had the problem of it coming out watery.

I boiled cauliflower Drained mashed Fried up celery , egg & peppers w grapeseed oil delicious !
