Hi everyone looking for suggestions. I am only a couple of pounds from my goal weight but the last two weigh ins I only lost a quarter pound each week. I have my restricted item for breakfast, follow the sheet, take my supplements and drink 100+ oz. of water. How can I get these last couple of pounds off?

Maybe just do all unrestricted.

Even in the unrestricted look for the ones that have the lowest carb. I use the peach mango drink, Lemon wafers, dorados, Premade cappuccino drinks and oatmeal. Ask your coach which ones are the lowest she should know. You’ve got this girl!

@broadloom all the restricted items have an R on them. All bars, dill zippers, apple cinnamon soy puffs, double chocolate brownie, sw cheese curls,

@broadloom Yes! That’s all that is allowed if you follow protocol.

@alcaeus10 @fowlerghan I need to go back and look to see if I did more than 1 per day, that might be why I'm not losing as much as I did the last time I did this.
