What do you guys get from Starbucks?

An Americano with sugar free flavor of choice and a splash of cream if you can’t stand black. This was exactly what my coach said to me. She said it will enable you to not mess with the calorie/carb/protein balance of your day.

@leaven Cochran some use stevia. Some use Splenda it really depends. I’ve even been to ones that use monk fruit. You have to ask them.

I just get espresso and and it to a meal replacement shake

Iced green tea, venti no cane sugar. Then I mix lemon water enhancer in it. Green tea lemonade

2 shots of espresso in a venti cup with ice. soooooo good. I add my vanilla shake with it. Feels like I'm cheating it's so good!
