Has anyone made a salad dressing without vinegar? I don't like that sour at all on a salad. I use Walton Farm bacon ranch.

Yes. Sometimes I make one with just olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and seasonings.

You can use dijon mustard. Maybe a little less vinegar tasting? You can also add a sprinkle of stevia to sweeten it a bit.
