Is it possible to do low/no sodium on this program? Also, with only one day of red meat?

Thank you ladies! I'm having kidney issues and this is what nephrologist wants me to do! I will ask him if I can do this! I appreciate you getting right back to me!

You need the required IP salt. Beyond that you will be low sodium. You can have one day of red meat, two days, no days. It is not required.

The protocol is extremely low sodium. SO much, that you must use 1/4 tsp daily!

I never eat red meat. It upsets my stomach, so I stay away.

I only eat chicken or fish, as I have a hard time digesting red meat. you can add the 1/4 tsp of IP salt while cooking your chicken or fish. no need for more
