I was told it is okay but I must drink the amino acids pack before hand (and I do). My experience is, I began IP July 3rd and started off light. Walking, adult ballet classes and have added more. My current week is 1 ballet class, 1 pilates class, zumba class twice a week and sometimes some weight training. I have not plateaued or have had any stalls. I have consistently lost lbs and/or inches every week. I also think everyone will respond differently so see how you do but so make sure to get those amino acid drink packets.
