Keep going and don’t weigh everyday . Go by your clinic’s weight . Only day 4 you will start to burn fat . The scale should start moving anyway . Don’t get discourage .

Don't weigh yourself. It will be extra sweet when you weigh in after a week.

It takes a few days for your body to get into ketosis so don’t worry about it. I tried only weighing myself once a week because the scale fluctuates every day

Stay off the scale and wait for your weigh in. This is a change in lifestyle, not a magic wand. Patience is the key.

Don’t weigh yourself until you meet with your coach that’s what I do.

I only weigh once a week with my coach. Otherwise, I would drive myself crazy.

@ouzel, hi hon! Just finished my first month. First off, I AM NOT Complaining. I have a LOT to lose. I had bypass 15 years ago. I have always been a daily weigher. I can not give up my home scale. that said. It does mess with your head. Week one, 11. 5, week 2, 1. 8, week 3, 1. 2. i was soooo upset! Stayed off scale. week 4, 5. 6 and 18 inches! Do not self sabotage! You got this! Put ur scale away!

My scale moved 3 pounds. When I went to my weigh in i lost 7. 2 pounds. Don’t trust your scale.

It takes 3 days to get i to ketosis and start really burning. So today was really your first day your tank was low and able to burn fat. Hang in there and don’t weigh at home.

We all reflect on the dreaded scale. since beginning the program (8/6) I have been 100%, I’ve loss 84. 9 pounds in those 6 months but in the last month, I only loss 1. 6 pounds. I’ve racked my brain, searched my logs and to no fault of mine can I figure this out. I was feeling so discouraged, I’m less than 25 pounds to my goal weight of 160. I was feeling like a failure and ready to just give up! However, after comparing my measurements from 8/6 to today I’m feeling great about myself. I know I personally focus so much on the scale and need to look more at the whole picture. #wegotthis #weareworthit SW: 269 CW: 184. 5 GW: 160 Arms 15. 5 - 10. 5 Chest 46. 5 -38. 0 Waist 49. 0 - 33. 5 Hips 56. 5 - 40 Thighs 25. 5 - 20

Resist weighing yourself no more than once a week. You are only 4 days in. The loss will come!

Started diet with asking not to be told how much i weighed but how many lbs/inches loss. Thus focused on the loss vs weight. kept me positive about losing which is the key to success! weighed self once a week which kept the anxiety of daily checking loss. also sometimes u loose inches vs lbs. thus i determined my loss by how my clothes fit.
