It would be nice if people didn't post things on here that are non protocol that they eat. To read it doesn't help the people that are struggling so hard with this program. If it's not on the sheet, you shouldn't have it and you shouldn't be talking about the fact that you do have it and it doesn't stall your weight loss. I think it's just wrong.

@ceciliacecilio I don't think she was talking to you. I think she was referring to people who say they eat things not protocol.

@ceciliacecilio the turkey on the sheet that’s referenced is fresh turkey and/or if you find sliced lunch meat type turkey that doesn’t have allot of additives. Turkey bacon is basically scraps of the turkey with allot of additives.

@ceciliacecilio it is when people are struggling. sometimes bringing things up is hard for people. OR when other people say "well I do it" it makes people think they can too. too each there own but if your trying to follow protocol 100% it makes it challenging.

@ceciliacecilio there's no hostility here. I just think it's wrong for people to be putting comments out there that absolutely are not true about this program and it confuses people that are already struggling. If you know Turkey bacon, or ANY bacon, is not on the sheet why do you ask if you can have it? And if you know Turkey bacon is not on the sheet why would you tell people it's OK to eat it and that it doesn't affect your weight loss? I just think stuff like that is stupid and it just sabotages this whole program. I think some adman's should wait in on this because this is about ideal protein, this isn't about making it up as you go.

@belamy Yes but I just don't think people should be putting it out there on this page… it's misleading information. These things that are not on the sheet are not allowed for a reason and telling people it's OK is just wrong.

No, any bacon at all is not protocol. Keep in mind even in maintenance turkey bacon is not the best choice as it’s super processed.

If it's not on the sheet then no. That goes with pretty much anything

My best advice is to check with your coach.
