I'm going to pick your brain yet again :) I'm going to go to the spice shop tomorrow and I'm going to buy bulk for the stuff I need for sausage seasoning, etc. Do you have a spice that you really like that you use pretty frequently and maybe in just about everything either for flavor or obvious health benefits? Thanks!

My standards are: garlic powder, granulated garlic, kosher salt, onion powder, dried onion flakes, cumin, Italian seasoning, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.

I buy bulk sizes of cumin, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and salt. We go through them so quickly and everyone seems to like them.

McCormick Montreal chicken seasoning. I buy mine in large container at Sams. Put it on everything.
