Question: I have read conflicting info regarding urine output. My urine is the prettiest shade of lemonade yellow lol. I’m drinking all my water. Some info says it’s the b vitamins leaving my body, other info says it means I’m not drinking enough water. Advice?

I had many shades of yellow urine. I never worried about it. I just made sure I drank my water

It’s a catch 20/20. I drink over 80oz a day. The water enhancer definitely changes my color. Also I just had all my blood work done and the only thing that came back was that I was dehydrated. I was like. I have no idea how that could be! The way he explained it was: think of what happens when you boil pasta, the starches/carbs absorb the water. Right now we aren’t putting any of that in our bodies and that’s why we pee so much. It’s just going through flushing things out. ‍♀️ Crazy what our bodies are capable of.

If everything is normal and healthy, the color should be a pale yellow to gold. That hue comes from a pigment your body makes called urochrome. The shade, light or dark, also changes. . Very dark honey- or brown-colored urine could be a sign that you're dehydrated and need to get more fluids.

It’s likely the tangerine or lemon water enhancers!

I found my urine colour was influenced by my vitamins

It’s usually an indication of ketosis. Almost ‘highlighter’ yellow.

I’ve found the multi vitamin causes it.
