I have read here that some people use the IP Potato Purée mix to thicken the Cauliflower Mashed Faux-tatoes (page 90 revised version one) How much do you use? I don’t want to use the whole packet if I don’t have to. I’m on Phase 2.

I use the whole package. I've never squeezed the water out of the cooked cauliflower but that might reduce the need for more puree. Guess I should try that lol
