What do you do on the days that you seem to be extra hungry? I had a drink for breakfast and cauliflower rice and a bar for lunch. I ate lunch less than an hour ago and I'm still super hungry. I'm almost 5 weeks in. This is a new feeling as I've been very content until now.  
What do you do on the days that you seem to be extra hungry?

I love the raspberry gelatin. High protein, very low carb and my coach said it’s a freebie packet. Collagen for hair and nails. Yum.
