Does it seem to all of you that the plan is not consistent? I feel like every day i see a variation of the plan. Out of curiosity how many net carbs do you take per day?

Been saying this all along! Different people say different things. So. I just eat the sheet and cook out of Janeva's cookbook. If somebody makes a stupid comment saying one thing or another is protocol when it is in fact not on the sheet, I just ignore it.

The plan is consistent. It is the large number of clients who like to share their non-protocol opinions that make Ideal Protein inconsistent

Just stick to the sheet no need to count carbs. It worked for me . Goal was reached .

There is a new plan that was recently released. I’m not sure if some are not aware of new requirements or changes.

We eat in ranges of macros (carbs, protein, fat, calories), not one specific amount. So when you follow the sheet you are within the correct ranges to keep you losing fat.
