This is pretty good. you have to modify for IP. No carrots, regular onions, or water chestnuts. You can increase green onions and dice some jicama instead of the water chestnuts. Substitute white vinegar for rice vinegar. Substitute WF peanut spread for almond butter. Use low sodium soy sauce instead of coconut aminos.
