I am going on a road trip for about 4 days. How do I meal prep my dinners? Say you don't have a stove? Which meats can I eat cold that taste the best so I'm not tempted with drive-thru? I'm already a mom and used to cold meals anyways but if anyone had any suggestions, that would be great! Thanks

When I go on road trips. I make a lot of roasted vegetables. Just eat them cold. Lots of cut up and weight vegetables. I eat “chayote apples” mixed with ip oatmeal. For meats I do Scottish eggs with 6 ounces of either turkey or lean ground meats. Taste really good with lots of mustard. I also do cooked chicken breast on my salads.

Cooked chicken breast. Slice it, dice it etc. I have it cold lots - especially with a green salad. Eggs hard boiled. I also cook up ground chicken or turkey & season it. Great in lettuce wraps with a veggie type salsa.

Roast a turkey breast before you go slice thin pickles, cucumbers, pre-made kale chips, bring your own condiments of choice. If you eat it with ip chips it’s like an ip lunchable of sorts

I've also brought some frozen soup with me, it starts to thaw and microwave it at the gas station when I'm filling up my car. Or at the hotel.
