What kinds of plant-based burgers are you all eating? Please send suggestions that don't have corn or soy in them, and also, not too processed (chemicals). I was eating Beyond Burger, but was told they arent good for you, too processed.

I have been eating beyond burgers almost everyday and wondering why I’m only having 1-1. 5# losses  Gardein meatballs are a good item, plus the burgers and sausage as mentioned above. QUORN brand “chicken” is made of mycoproteins (like mushroom/fungi) and need some sprucing up for flavor, but are good. They have a very satisfying texture. I made chicken tenders today by cutting up a Gardein chickn’ Scallopini and breading it with the spicy dorados! I’m pretty pumped on it!

Beyond have too much fat for phase 1 but are good for maintenance. Gardein burgers and sausage work within protocol.
