Other than spaghetti, how do you eat your spaghetti squash? (Looking for dinner ideas).

I saw someone try it in the air fryer, said it was like hash browns. I haven’t tried it that way yet but I’m going sometime

I had it roasted in cubes tossed with other veggies and shrimp/chicken. was so good and a little different!

@salzman I use a scale and my measuring cups. I measure/weigh everything before cooking it and portion control for my lunch vegs.

I mix salsa in mine
