I cannot get mine to sync to the IP app  says Bluetooth is disabled. Need to call support.

I do. It was a Christmas gift to myself. I got the package deal - scale and smart band. I love having the scale at home. The smart band still has some glitches but it helps me keep motivated also. Package deal was $130

Husband has scale and wrist band. We synced to my Fitbit so we now share the scale and everything is synced between the IP and Fitbit! Love it!

@driveway Ann Kennedy Fortenberry I have. I think it happens when I tap the scale first to calibrate it to 0, then step on it to weigh. I've started just stepping on it and everything has synced ever since. Before, only the weight synced with the app even though the scale readout cycled through all the other biometrics.
