Are you trying to connect to a 5g WiFi? I had problems with that, but switched to 2. 4 and has been working fine

My cameras wouldn't connect to my wifi even 3 feet away from it. Bought the chime pro/ extender and they connected right up

Just, sounds like you have some bad WiFi equipment

@lemur Phahahahahahaha. negative. I have some VERY high end wireless equipment. the doorbell connected right up, but the cameras said NOPE.

Yet a shitty chime pro WiFi extender made it work? Interesting.

Have you reset the base station? Toothpick, hit reset button for one second and try again?

Turn off 5g band for now, then connect it, then turn on 5g again

Create a guest network with a basic password without special characters. Take the base station close to the main router and try again. That’s what I’d recommend.
