Who is wayyyyyy down in their step count? I am a teacher and I used to get at least 12, 000 most days (with a daily workout). Now, I’m lucky if I get half that! ⚠️ How are you all getting more steps in?! That’s my goal today- MOVE MORE throughout the day! ♀️ I have also been slacking on tracking consistently. but it has to stop! I hopped on the scale and was up 6 lbs from when I stopped bc of Covid-19 stress (March 12). So, my goal is just to track today- everything. One day at a time. We can do this. This world we live in is the new normal for right now and we have to continue on with our goals! But, let’s do it day by day, so we can celebrate small successes! ⭐️ What’s your BIG goal for the day? ✅
