I have a tip that I have not yet implemented but I'm sure it will work. After dinner when I feel hungry I need to remember to make some herbal tea instead of eating. One of these nights I will!

I sometimes have a cup of tea when this happens. For some reason a warm beverage helps the hungries for me for at least a little while!

Yes! Eat a pickle or dip carrots in hummus. Or unsweetened applesauce. i used to keep a big jug of applesauce in the fridge and “drink” out of it lol made me feel like I was cheating
