I thought I read to stick to your point allotment because it’s designed/more effective that way. ‍♀️

I did that too in the beginning. I seem to lose more eating most of my points.

I rarely go above 10 points-and am losing on average 10lb a month. Every one is different- I tended to use more points before the quarantine, closer to 20 points a day, but I no longer need a big breakfast or my protein bars and drinks
by (560 points)
@morphophoneme I'm curious- what do you eat?! Gosh I need more discipline in my life!
by (3.8k points)
@theretofore - this has been just whilst on quarantine- but most days Breakfast- banana and a coffee Followed by nf plain Greek yogurt with blueberries or strawberries. Lunch - veggie omelette with Sargento lf cheese Or zero point Chile again with cheese on top Snack - some kind of cookie - around 2 or 3 points or protein bar Supper - usually chicken, salad (Trader Joe’s ff balsamic dressing-1 point) veggies. At night I usually have cookies - or I’ve been making the swerve cupcakes - chocolate ones are 2 points each and I add pilsbury sf frosting I haven’t had much beer lately - if I do I have a Miller 64- 2 points I’m on blue. FYI - repeat offender and I’m 55 - walking for exercise and down 38 since @knucklebone 27. Supposed to be getting married in November  Sw 232 and Cw 194

@morphophoneme thank you for this! I need to get it together! Lol I appreciate your response! I need to mess with my points to make a balanced meal plan :)
by (3.8k points)
@theretofore I do try to switch it up and have At least one day with higher points- - and cut down on the zero foods that day - it’s a work in progress
by (3.3k points)
@morphophoneme that’s fabulous! You’re doing GREAT!
by (3.8k points)
@nidorf thank you! Not my first rodeo and like I said- work in Progress

Some days I was all and others I don't. I'm almost to goal. Every body is different - you have to see what works for you.

You don't have to eat all your points every day, however you don't want to be to many under for to many days. Even if you are not hungry you could be starving your body. I would check to see if one of the other plans would suit you better.

As long as you get a blue dot you are within the moral range
by (3.8k points)
@afra8868 Yeah, as long as you're in the "healthy range" and get your blue dot.
by (510 points)
@egestion8410 I meant healthy range not moral range

I say switch to green.

If you eat so little, your body may go into starvation mode and not release the extra weight. I would try to eat at least 18 and see how that works for you. Good luck!

How many zero point foods are you eating a day?
by (1.2k points)
@sihonn85 Quite a few
by (12.5k points)
@orest448 Just remember that most 0 point foods still have calories and fat. I would be more concerned about the extra uncounted calories than not eating all your points. Just my opinion, of course.

When you get to lifetime you add on points to maintain I would eat as many of your points as you can because maintenance when that is may make you gain. You are given points to eat.

Everyone is different. Are you losing weight now? Just an FYI, you need to eat enough to lose weight. This is not a diet it’s a healthy way of eating for always.

Your on blue right? If so I would say yes. As long as you keeping in mind calories and carbs you will be fine. I never eat all my pts.

I'm on purple, our leader said we can roll over up to 4 points per day. So purple is 16 points, if I only had 12 points and am truly full, I can roll over those 4 to the next day. I would think all plans are like that, check into it.

I am on green and I can’t eat all my points either and I am full. I have lost 14 lbs since January and I have 5 more to go. I don’t eat processed snacks or a ton of carbs. I am eating a lot of veggies and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day.
by (600 points)
@ciera I am on green as well but stuck on loss because I’m hungry. What are you eating daily that keeps you satisfied? And what does your daily plan look like?
by (11.7k points)
@ciera can I ask without sounding rude how did you become overweight ?

Usually not your body will go into starvation mode and stop losing.
by (11.7k points)
@michaelmas10 no that’s not true otherwise there would be no eating disorders anorexia and my 600lbs life patients wouldn’t lose loads weight in the 1200 calories a day if starvation mode exsisted

You need to eat your points or you'll never survive WW maintenance. This is WW. Eating is how we lose weight and reach goal. ‍♀️

I personally don't think you're eating enough. You can only roll over 4 points per day. This is not a diet; it is a new lifestyle.

Likly for a while but you will likly lose more muscle than fat. The goals is to loose fat not muscle. You need healthy fats , , seeds or nuts will quickly use soon points.

Everyone’s body is different. We are all different ages, heights, body types. Experiment see what works. I’m 5 ft 52 years old. I lost at first then stalled added water lost a little more added exercise still stalled ‍♀️. You’ll need to change things up as you go
by (1.4k points)
@sherrell83142 I’m right there with you! I’m 5’2 I had taken the high weight of my goal years ago and I reached it. for the most part I haven’t done bad over the past 20 years, I gain some then lose some. I a am a couple pounds less than goal and want to lose a few pounds and I can’t! I stay within my points and I walk at least 5 miles a day, some days I’ve hit the 8 to 10 mile point. I am 68 years old.
by (8.3k points)
@templet51 I really think you need to go with what works but if you stall change what was working to new eating habits within the program

Believe it or not you need to eat to loose weight the right way! I eat my points most days within 1 or 2 either way. I make sure good protein is part of my day and lots of veggies. Some weeks the scale is my friend others not so much but the direction is going the right way!

You definitely do not have to eat all your points ! I would never eat just because I have points but you do want to be in your healthy range for Green it’s 10 sp below or over and your good It’s good to mix it up too have fewer one day and more the next
