I rarely go above 10 points-and am losing on average 10lb a month. Every one is different- I tended to use more points before the quarantine, closer to 20 points a day, but I no longer need a big breakfast or my protein bars and drinks

You don't have to eat all your points every day, however you don't want to be to many under for to many days. Even if you are not hungry you could be starving your body. I would check to see if one of the other plans would suit you better.

If you eat so little, your body may go into starvation mode and not release the extra weight. I would try to eat at least 18 and see how that works for you. Good luck!

Just remember that most 0 point foods still have calories and fat. I would be more concerned about the extra uncounted calories than not eating all your points. Just my opinion, of course.

I'm on purple, our leader said we can roll over up to 4 points per day. So purple is 16 points, if I only had 12 points and am truly full, I can roll over those 4 to the next day. I would think all plans are like that, check into it.

I’m right there with you! I’m 5’2 I had taken the high weight of my goal years ago and I reached it. for the most part I haven’t done bad over the past 20 years, I gain some then lose some. I a am a couple pounds less than goal and want to lose a few pounds and I can’t! I stay within my points and I walk at least 5 miles a day, some days I’ve hit the 8 to 10 mile point. I am 68 years old.

Believe it or not you need to eat to loose weight the right way! I eat my points most days within 1 or 2 either way. I make sure good protein is part of my day and lots of veggies. Some weeks the scale is my friend others not so much but the direction is going the right way!
