If you don’t buy it you only have to say no once. Think about that. My dinner consists of chicken or fish and an occasional filet. All in healthy portions. Chicken may be zero pointed but I still do 4 Oz max. Fill up on veggies. I rarely add butter. I like lemon on a lot of my veggies. And ginger . Yum Plan your meals and TRACK TRACK TRACK. Everything. I’ve had my negative days. Far from perfect. M&M peanut butter huge weakness. Once in a while, there I am buying it knowing full well I eat way more than a portion. Drink water. Or hot tea. Right now during quarantine I have a sign in my fridge. ‘Are you hungry or bored. Shut the door’. Get your head in this, track everything & remember you are worth this .
