Are there any coaches or clients that know what the requirements are for phase 1 carbs/protein/fat in grams? I know to eat the sheet. It’s not my first rodeo. I struggle with keeping the weight off, so I thought I could try tracking it now so I’m more aware once I get closer to goal when every little bit counts. Plus, so I can do better once I hit maintenance. That’s where I fall off the horse. My coach is absolutely no help.
